How to Activate Your Firestone Complete Auto Care Credit Card
The Firestone Complete Auto Care credit card gives you the option to defer interest if a purchase of $149 or higher is paid in full within six months. If you want to take advantage of this offer, then you must activate your account upon approval to complete your desired transaction.
Your new Firestone credit card comes from the Credit First National Association (CFNA). You can register the account online in three simple steps to complete the activation process.
You will start by entering the nine-digit number from the front of the Firestone credit card. Then you must provide your complete Social Security number. CFNA will ask you for a username and password to finish the registration process.
Then you would follow the additional steps as prompted to complete the registration and activation steps.
If you need any help with the activation steps, you can contact CFNA directly at 1 (800) 321-3950 to receive the support you require. Representatives are available from 7 am to 11 pm on weekdays, or 9 am to 5 pm on Sundays, with both times Eastern.
How to Use Your New Firestone Credit Card
You can use the CFNA credit card with Firestone branding at any authorized retail partner. There are currently more than 8,000 locations in the United States that accept this form of payment.
This card is not a Visa® or MasterCard® option, so it is only available at your local auto care providers linked with CFNA. This account is for financing that can cover some auto repair costs or the expense of tires when you need more financial flexibility.
You have the option to apply online or at the store for this credit card. Most of the decisions are made in under one minute.
If you want to make a purchase and you don’t have the card with you, then the retail location can contact CFNA for permission to complete the transaction on your behalf. You will need to provide a valid government-issued ID to take advantage of this benefit.
Should the activation process not work using these options, you can contact CFNA directly through a guest communication box on their website. You’ll have 4,000 characters to describe the issue. Then you will want to provide your name, phone number, and email address so that the lender can follow-up with your activation concerns.
